We take our sensitive papers and documents for disposal to Integrity Shred. Their office has limited carry-in hours because the shredder trucks are out in the field on a schedule in the mornings and all of some days. They charge by the standard banker box or similar so fill them up before you go. If you need banker boxes they have them to give you, free. They are always courteous and efficient and if you want to stand there and watch while your stuff goes into the shredder, you are welcome to do so.
